Spa Etiquette
Your appointment time has been set aside especially for you, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow transition time. If you arrive late, your experience may be altered or your service adjusted to fit the available time, in consideration of the next client.
THE ONE face & body bar team is knowledgeable and experienced in making your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
THE ONE face & body bar team have spent years in training to provide services to their clients that will not cause them harm. They will ask you to complete a private questionnaire that assists the spa to ensure that any services you will receive will not negatively or dangerously impact existing health conditions, medication or other circumstances, known only to you. These questionnaires are confidential and for your specific benefit, so please complete candidly and honestly.
Ask questions about any personal stress management or skin care concerns you may have. Their advice and suggestions will help you get the most out of your visit and will allow you to ‘take home’ the knowledge they share.
We respect your schedule and ask that you keep the appointments you book with us. Full payment is required for appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice.
